Delivery and Returns


We carefully curate and select only the most ethical and unique brands, and each of your purchases will come to you directly from the brand owners themselves. This means that delivery times can vary, so if you’ve ordered items from more than one brand, you may find they arrive separately.

Please note that we currently ship only within the UK. Orders should reach you within 2-5 days.

For most products, you have 14 days to notify us if you want to return the order or claim for a refund or exchange in case the item is damaged.

You can also contact us within the 24h after placing the order in case you want to cancel it.

The Process:

Email us to and let us know that you wish to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product and including the reason why as well as any relative pictures (in case the product is damaged).

Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.

We will process the refund directly to your payment card, in no more than 14 days after the day the product is received by the seller; or if the parcel hasn’t been shipped yet (in case the order has been cancelled and Seller is aware of the cancellation).

Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, even if it’s faulty before you’ve spoken to the seller and agreed that doing so won’t affect any refund you may be entitled to.
